Customer Portal Guide
Below are a few tips on how to do the most commonly requested things in our Customer Portal.
What you can do from the BEST Aquatics Customer Portal:
- Update your details
- Check your class booking
- View student progress and skills achieved
- Cancel a lesson you can't come to
- Book make up lessons (NOTE: We offer the ability to do 2 make up lessons per term. Make up lessons do NOT carry over to other terms!)
- Update payment details
- Access to receipts and invoices
- Pay outstanding fees
- Book assessments for new students
- View student progress
How to access the Customer Portal
You can access the Customer Portal via:
- our Website bestaquatics.com.au and then Click on Customer Portal in the main menu at the top.
- by clicking directly on this Link
NOTE: The Browser version & the Mobile version are the SAME! You do not need to download an app from the app store.
Just access
https://best-aquatics.ud.io/ via a browser on your computer or phone.
Using the new Customer Portal
To ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT please follow the instructions below:
To set up Customer Accounts
- Click on the link below
- Enter your details as requested on the screen, including your password
- Click on ‘Sign Up’
- A verification email will be sent, click on the link to verify
- You will be logged into Customer Accounts

To SET UP DIRECT DEBIT If you prefer to manage your payments online, you can set up a regular payment method.
- Click on the Billing Tab
- Click on ‘Add Payment Methods’
- Read the Terms and Conditions and Proceed and accept the terms
- Click ‘Proceed’
- Note: by adding your card information, you are agreeing to the terms of service, privacy policy and the payment provider’s terms of service
- Add your card information and ‘Save details’
To CANCEL A LESSON you can’t attend.
- Click on bookings at the top of the page
- Click on ‘View & Manager’ for the day and time you can’t attend
- Click on “Unable to attend”
- Then click on “Confirm”
- You will see the booking has been cancelled for the nominated day
BOOK A MAKE UP
- Click Make Voucher Booking
- Select the Day and Time you want to book
- Click Book Now

To move a booking (time and day) (not enabled right now)
- Click on bookings at the top of the page
- Click on ‘View & Manager’ for the day and time you no longer require
- Click on ‘Change Day & Time’
- All available sessions will be displayed
- Choose the booking that suits you best
- Select your starting date
- Click ‘Confirm First Session’
- Click ‘Confirm new Date & Time’
- You will also receive a booking confirmation email with all the upcoming bookings for all swimmers on the account.
To re book after taking a break (Only available for Babies & Adults. Learn to swim must be booked via phone or email)
- Click on ‘Enrol Into a new Class’
- Select the school
- Choose the Person and Course
- Select the day and time that suits, click ‘Confirm Sessions’
- Select the starting date, ‘Confirm First Session’
- Click ‘Confirm Booking & Reserve Spot’
- ‘Complete Booking’
FOLLOW STUDENT PROGRESS (adding this information is in progress)
- Click on the Progress or Results Tab
- Under Progress you will be able to track your child’s progress in their current level as well as being able to view future lessons/classes.
- Download all Merits and Certificates from current and previous levels
- Read information about their past, current and future courses.
