Customer Portal Guide

Below are a few tips on how to do the most commonly requested things in our Customer Portal.


What you can do from the BEST Aquatics Customer Portal:

  • Update your details
  • Check your class booking
  • View student progress and skills achieved
  • Cancel a lesson you can't come to
  • Book make up lessons (NOTE: We offer the ability to do 2 make up lessons per term. Make up lessons do NOT carry over to other terms!)
  • Update payment details
  • Access to receipts and invoices
  • Pay outstanding fees
  • Book assessments for new students
  • View student progress

How to access the Customer Portal

You can access the Customer Portal via:

NOTE: The Browser version & the Mobile version are the SAME!  You do not need to download an app from the app store.

Just access https://best-aquatics.ud.io/ via a browser on your computer or phone.


Using the new Customer Portal


To ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT please follow the instructions below:

To set up Customer Accounts 

  1. Click on the link below
  2. Enter your details as requested on the screen, including your password
  3. Click on ‘Sign Up’
  4. A verification email will be sent, click on the link to verify
  5. You will be logged into Customer Accounts

To SET UP DIRECT DEBIT If you prefer to manage your payments online, you can set up a regular payment method.

  1. Click on the Billing Tab
  2. Click on ‘Add Payment Methods’
  3. Read the Terms and Conditions and Proceed and accept the terms
  4. Click ‘Proceed’
  5. Note: by adding your card information, you are agreeing to the terms of service, privacy policy and the payment provider’s terms of service
  6. Add your card information and ‘Save details’


To CANCEL A LESSON you can’t attend. 

  1. Click on bookings at the top of the page
  2. Click on ‘View & Manager’ for the day and time you can’t attend
  3. Click on “Unable to attend”
  4. Then click on “Confirm”
  5. You will see the booking has been cancelled for the nominated day


BOOK A MAKE UP

  1. Click Make Voucher Booking
  2. Select the Day and Time you want to book
  3. Click Book Now

To move a booking (time and day) (not enabled right now)

  1. Click on bookings at the top of the page
  2. Click on ‘View & Manager’ for the day and time you no longer require
  3. Click on ‘Change Day & Time’
  4. All available sessions will be displayed
  5. Choose the booking that suits you best
  6. Select your starting date
  7. Click ‘Confirm First Session’
  8. Click ‘Confirm new Date & Time’
  9. You will also receive a booking confirmation email with all the upcoming bookings for all swimmers on the account.


To re book after taking a break (Only available for Babies & Adults. Learn to swim must be booked via phone or email)

  1. Click on ‘Enrol Into a new Class’
  2. Select the school
  3. Choose the Person and Course
  4. Select the day and time that suits, click ‘Confirm Sessions’
  5. Select the starting date, ‘Confirm First Session’
  6. Click ‘Confirm Booking & Reserve Spot’
  7. ‘Complete Booking’


FOLLOW STUDENT PROGRESS (adding this information is in progress)

  1. Click on the Progress or Results Tab
  2. Under Progress you will be able to track your child’s progress in their current level as well as being able to view future lessons/classes. 
  3. Download all Merits and Certificates from current and previous levels
  4. Read information about their past, current and future courses.
